Each of these two gîtes sleeps four and has its own swimming pool.

The houses are set in the hills above the village of Mérindol-les-Oliviers, near Vaison-la-Romaine in Provence.

Mérindol-les-Oliviers is in the heart of what is known as the 'golden triangle', around the ancient town of Vaison-la-Romaine about 45 kms north-east of Avignon. The area is famous for its summer festivals and fascinating street markets.

Surrounded by olive groves, orchards and vines, the gîtes are wonderfully quiet and peaceful. They both have breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux.

Surrounded by charming Côtes du Rhône villages such as Gigondas, Rasteau, Beaumes de Venise, Cairanne, Vacqueras and Chateauneuf-du-Pape, this area is heaven for wine lovers.
