Tariffs
Tariffs are expressed per week in € Euros - Saturday to Saturday in L'Amiradou and Thursday to Thursday in Tréfouli.

Accommodation
The accommodation is for no more than 4 people in either gîte.

How to Book
Telephone/fax/e-mail reservations will be taken and held for 7 days pending receipt of the completed booking form and a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday.
The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Payment
Your deposit and balance of payment may be made by cheque in Euros drawn on an EU Eurozone bank or by card - Visa/MasterCard.
Cheques should be made payable to Susan Hamilton-Smith.

Cancellation
We reserve the right to retain your deposit and any balance of rent paid should you cancel your booking. Every effort will be made to re-let the gîte. If this is successful, your payment will be returned to you, less the cost of any additional advertising incurred.

Refundable Breakage Reserve
A fully refundable breakage reserve of €150 is required with your balance of payment. This will be returned to you no later than 2 weeks after your departure, less the cost of any breakage, losses or damage caused to the property or its contents during your stay and less the cost of any additional cleaning that may be required. Your liability for any damage or loss is not limited to the value of the breakage reserve.

Arrival and Departure
Each gîte is rented on a weekly basis. It is available to you from 5 p.m. on the first day of your booking until 10 am on the day of your departure.

Health & Safety
The gîtes are designed and equipped with appropriate regard for your heath and safety. There are written instructions and guidance in the 'Livre d'Accueil' which is available in each gîte and it is a condition of your booking that you agree to read and observe them.

• The pool is 1.4 metres deep at L'Amiradou and 2.2 metres deep at Tréfouli and neither is suitable for children who cannot swim.
• As the gîtes are built into the hillside and there are several steep unfenced slopes, they are not suitable for young children.
• Smoking is not permitted in either gîte.

Included in the tariff

• Linen including pool towels, which is changed weekly.
• For bookings of more than one week, a week end 2 hour clean of the gîte.
• Normal cleaning of the gîte, pool, pool house and terraces - up to 3 hours - at the end of your stay.
• Electricity, gas and central heating and for winter rentals an initial supply of logs.
• For summer rentals, an initial supply of charcoal for the barbecue.

Not included in the tariff

• Use of the gîtes' telephones.
• Additional cleaning.

The contract between us shall be subject to the above terms and conditions and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
